Shane Nemmers joined the Wits Realty team after spending several years investing in, managing and leasing both residential & commercial real estate. Shane gained extensive knowledge of the residential remodeling industry while working alongside his various partners at SNL investments, a company he founded. Shane a former Army National Guardsmen of nearly 10 years, has been licensed since the summer of 2016.

Working as a real estate professional allows Shane to become more involved with and connected to his community. In addition, it provides a way to combine his background with his passion: He truly cares about helping people to be their best self and to reach their goals, by understanding each person’s unique story. His goal for all of his clients is that they achieve the next level of success with their transaction, while making the process both memorable and stress-free.

Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with an emphasis in Marketing from Metropolitan State University. He grew up on a farm in Central MN and learned the value of hard work from little on. He now lives in Albertville with his wife and their three children. Shane enjoys various physical pursuits including hiking, biking, skiing, camping, boating and fishing, or simply spending time outdoors with his friends and family.
